Well, looks like Drake is gonna stir up some controversy with this one.
In his latest video for the single “HYFR” the whole concept is Drizzy’s “Re-Bar Mitvah,” and I can’t imagine a lot of Jewish folks are going to be happy about it. I get where Aubrey was coming from on this one, but I wish they would’ve just left it at the party scenes instead. Maybe it’s just me, but something just doesn’t feel right about mixing a place of worship with the words “hell yeah f*cking right.” And I’m not even gonna talk about Lil Wayne in that damn panda mask, y’all can try to figure that one out on your own o_O
All in all though, I can definitely say that the video is a lot more entertaining than the snooze-fest that was produced for “Take Care.” Hit the jump to check it out, and of course post your thoughts.
It’s no secret that “Beez in the Trap” is by far one of my favorite tracks off of Nicki Minaj‘s latest disc, so I’m happy to see she actually filmed a video for the cut. Benny Boom directed the visual for the 2 Chainz collabo, and for once this time Miss Minaj actually didn’t leave me thinking WTF?
The concept is straight forward as Nicki hits the strip club for some good, old fashioned ratchetness. From the lime green lace front, to the custom two-finger rings, this is the Onika I love! Granted you’re probably only gonna catch this vid on MTV Jams or World Star Hip Hop (you know BET is quick to ban any ass nowadays), but I’ll still give it two thumbs up.
Sidenote: Nicki’s ass in that body suit…can someone send me the number to her surgeon trainer?
Blonde bombshell and the latest signee to Grand Hustle Records, Iggy Azalea, hit up The Basement in Atlanta for a performance earlier this week. After taking the stage and spitting plenty of rhymes for her “Azaleans,” Iggy closed out her set with a T.I.P. collabo. The duo performed Iggy’s latest single “Murda Bizness” and the crowd was absolutely lovin’ it.

Kimmy Blanco is not playin’ around with this comeback. The pint-sized femcee serves up pure sex kitten in her latest, Mike Antonio-shot promo photo. While it’s clearly been Photoshopped to high hell, I still say the Queen B looks HOT!
At first I was hesitant about Kim’s sudden resurgence, but lately she’s been dropping some hot sh*t on us. Besides this sexy pic, she just teamed up with Young Jeezy for her new single “Keys to the City.” If you haven’t heard that cut yet, take a listen below.

If you don’t know by now, I love me some Elle Varner. In my opinion she’s definitely one of the hottest new artists on the scene, so I’m excited to see more and more from her.
Miss Varner just released the video for her latest single “Refill” (which you can find on her Conversational Lush mixtape). The visual is too cute, and her leading fella is definitely easy on the eyes.

Alright ladies be honest, how many of you have used the phrase “I been that girl” when giving dating advice to a friend? I’m pretty sure most of us have uttered those four words plenty of times in our lives, and now they’re being sung by the gorgeous Melanie Fiona.
The R&B songstress co-penned the track with former bandmate Drake (yes, back in Toronto they once performed together in a group called The Renaissance), and it definitely has Drizzy’s emo-touch all over it.
You can find the track on Melanie’s sophomore album The MF Life, dropping this Tuesday, March 20.

With her sophomore album set to drop April 3, Nicki Minaj has given fans a lil’ taste of what they can expect from Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded. The official track list has been released, and the LP will include features from the likes of Chris Brown, Rick Ross, Cam’ron, Beenie Man, Bobby Valentino, Nas, Young Jeezy, 2 Chainz, and of course Weezy and Drake too.
Now I’ve thrown a lot of shade since the release of “Stupid Hoe” and that horrendous Grammy performance, but that list of features has just renewed my excitement for this album release. I mean Nas and Beenie Man?!? Don’t let us down Nicki…

So I’m sure a lot of folks are gonna be up in arms that Travis Porter f*cked with an Erykah Badu track, but I for one, actually kind of like it. I don’t know what it is about this trio, but for some reason I dig all of their ratchetness.
